Orders are placed through our WhatsApp-based enquiry system. After you submit an enquiry, our team will verify part fitment, confirm pricing, and arrange payment and delivery. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by our team.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Custom-ordered or special-order parts may not be eligible for return. Please contact our team via WhatsApp to initiate a return.

5. Limitation of Liability

Land Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
